SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer local delivery within a 10 mile radius for £2.00.
Our standard delivery charge is £3.50 for all orders under 2kg.
For heavy orders over 2kg, postage will be calculated at checkout.
Most orders are processed the next working day. However during very busy periods (Valentines, Easter, Christmas) turnaround can be up to 5-7 working days. However there are always special exceptions to be made so please do message Shem's and we will see what we can do it you need an order sooner.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail Services. Please expect delivery time from order to receiving your parcel is between 2-4 business days.
Every effort is made to deliver your order in the time stated, however Shem's Smashing Sweets is not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
As a precaution, if your order value is over £20 it is always advised to purchase delivery with tracking included. Shem’s Smashing Sweets chooses Royal Mail as its preferred method of delivery. If you wish to use an alternative method of delivery please contact Sherri before making an order.
If your order is not delivered or lost within the estimated timescale please contact us by email at Shemssmashingsweets@gmail.com or use the Contact section on the website. We will then try to ensure you received your order as soon as possible.
Please note that you may cancel your order and Shem's will refund the money you have paid for your order. Please be aware that the refund will only be issues after 15 days. This is when Royal Mail stipulates that an delivery has been officially lost.
Due to most items being personalised all Items are non-refundable. All Sales are final. If there is a problem with your order please do let me know as soon as possible so this can be resolved.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
