DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes Shem's does delivery locally within the Medway towns. Please see the delivery tab for more information.
DO YOU POST ITEMS?
Yes I post items. Postage will be charged to your order. This will be included as an option when you pay for your order. We unfortunately do not offer international postage at the current time.
CAN ALL ITEMS BE PERSONALISED?
All items will come pre made with any choice of colour and sweets unless you choose otherwise. When ordering please use the notes section to choose colour of ribbon and message

ARE THE SWEETS SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS & VEGANS?
Yes - We have a selection of Vegetarian and Vegan sweets available. They are marked on the Sweet List with a (V) for Vegetarian and (Ve) for Vegan.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Not a problems. Please let us know as soon as possible. We can stop the order as long as it hasn't been dispatched or personalised.

I am pleased to say that at Shem's we take Food Hygiene and Food Safety very seriously.
We have been awarded a 5 - Very Good rating by our local Food Standard Agency for Food Hygiene. I have completed both a City & Guilds Accredited Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Course, and following updated guidance completed Coronavirus - Taking Proactive Action Training.
